Mr. Arnold - School Psychologist
|
I was born in Alabama and grew up in the far-south suburbs of Chicago. After college, I taught middle
school math for a number of years. Then, I got my Master's Degree in School psychology and have worked in McHenry County, as a school psychologist, for the past 20+
years. Some of the leisure activities which I enjoy include outdoor and nature activity, house and garden projects, reading, and going to movies.

Mrs. Pappa - Art Teacher
|
I have lived in Northern Illinois all my life. I have three sisters and four brothers; I'm the fourth
oldest. My husband and I share four children; three sons and one daughter, plus our crazy puppy, Mickey.
I have always loved art! Unfortunately, when I was growing up, my school didn't have an art teacher. I
think that's why I feel so strongly about teaching elementary art. I take art classes whenever I get the chance (I've completed over 70 hours in studio art!). On a commission basis,
I draw portraits - my favorite medium to work in is pastel. My BA is with an art major and my MA is in education. Always a student, my latest pursuit is learning to play piano - I'd
welcome any helpful tips!!
