REGISTRATION FOR 2013-2014
If your child will be returning to Riverwood, and you have not turned in your registration, please do so as soon as possible. We are currently planning for next year. If your child will not be returning to Riverwood next year, please let our office know as soon as possible at (815)344-7130. Extra registration packets are available in the office if you need one.

KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION
If you or someone you know has a child who will be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2013, they need to register for Kindergarten now. We are still accepting registration forms in the Riverwood Office. Any questions in regards to registration, please call our office at (815)344-7130

STUDENT DROP OFF
We ask for your help in making the student drop off in front of the school a safe one. As you arrive at the school, drive as far forward in the drop off area as possible. There will be a supervisor standing with two orange cones marking the drop off point. Please have your child exit from the right side of your vehicle. If you need to exit your vehicle, park your car in the designated visitor parking spots. Please don't park in the fire lane in the front circle. If we have inside recess in the morning, the student drop off will be moved by the sidewalk between the kindergarten playground and school building. The playground supervisor will be there with orange cones to designate the student drop off spot. Play-ground supervision begins at 8:45 A.M.

Paper Retriever Recycling

Riverwood will be participating in the Paper Retriever Recycling program to help raise money for our school. This program is an easy way for you to recycle and help your child's school. Our yellow and green paper bin is located in the back of the school. This bin only accepts: newspapers, magazines, shopping catalogues, office and school paper, paperback books, mail, spiral notebooks, hard covered books with the covers removed and shredded paper in a plastic bag. Your continued support is greatly appreciated!
