I am honored to serve as the interim principal of Riverwood Elementary for the remainder of the school year. It is a privilege to work alongside our dedicated staff, supportive families, and outstanding students. 

Together with our assistant principals Mr. Hibler and Mrs. Haydysch, we will continue to create a positive and engaging learning environment where every student can grow and succeed. With this in mind, our work at Riverwood is guided by the mission of District 15, which states: To deliver an unrivaled education by providing innovative, supportive, and engaging experiences that empower all learners to achieve their ultimate success.

Welcome to the 2024-25 school year at Riverwood! My name is Mr. Hibler and I am the assistant principal at Riverwood.

My job is to help in any way I can to help this school be the best it can be. You will probably see me quite a bit around school, and don’t hesitate to say hi when you see me or when you pass my office.
