"Teachers Teaching Teachers"

• The Choice Menu Conference has become a District 15 tradition since 2008. This conference is designed by teachers, for teachers and provides a variety of topics for all grade levels. The Choice Menu Conference is not just about learning, it's about fun and collaboration among staff.
  
  

• The 2017 Choice Menu Conference marked the 10 year anniversary of teacher powered staff development and brought together 3 school districts, as well as 2 Catholic schools, for a day of professional development and growth. 
  
  
• The 2022 Choice Menu Tri-Conference will take place on Friday, September 2, 2022 and will be held at McHenry West High School. Like previous years, this conference will bring together districts 156, 15, and 36, as well as Montini and St. John's Catholic Schools for a day of collaboration and learning. 

• The 2022 Choice Menu Tri-Conference will open with a Keynote Presentation. Our keynote presenter for the 2022 conference will be Gerry Brooks. Gerry Brooks is principal at an elementary school in Lexington, Kentucky. His educational experience includes six years in the classroom, two years as an intervention specialist, and 12 years as an administrator. He is a passionate public speaker whose focus is on encouraging and helping teachers improve their instructional abilities. He also has a desire to help administrators successfully lead their staff.
  
  
• The 2019 Choice Menu conference featured 4 different "Choice Menu" sessions and a grab-n-go food option in the hallway between the 3rd and 4th workshop.
