"Erin's Law" requires that all public schools in each state implement a prevention-oriented child abuse program as part of their Comprehensive Health Program:
 

• For Students: age-appropriate sexual abuse and assault awareness and prevention education in grades pre-kindergarten through 12.
  
  
• For School personnel (teachers, support staff, assistants, administration): in-service training programs on ... sexual abuse and assault awareness and prevention, and how to recognize and process child sexual abuse and assault.
