  • REGISTRATION FOR ALL STUDENTS IS NOW OPEN!

    McHenry School District 15 offers online registration for ALL students that will be attending a District 15 school. Students can be categorized in the following manner:

    1. Returning student (this child has attended a District 15 school in the past)
    2. Existing family with a new student that needs to enroll (family has a student currently enrolled and needs to enroll a new student- including an incoming kindergarten student)
    3. New family with a new student (new to District 15)

    Fees are NOT required at the time of registration. 

    Below are the student book/supply fees:

    Full-Day Kindergarten $90.00

    Grades 1-5 $90.00

    Grades 6-8 $110.00

    Band Grades 6-8 $10.00
     

    To inquire about half-day (AM Only) Kindergarten please email your student's school office.  

    If you are having issues with online registration, please call or visit your home school or the District Central Office for assistance (420 N Front St). 

    Parents/Guardians, 
     
    Families seeking enrollment in our district are expected to provide supporting documents to verify their residency.  Below is a list of documents you can provide from each category. 
     
    Category A- Proof of Residency

    • Most recent real estate tax bill (resident must be named as the taxpayer)

    • Mortgage statement (dated within the last 30 days)

    • A closing statement for the purchase of the residence

    • Complete signed lease within the last 12 months (resident must be named as the lessee)

    Category B- Evidence of Occupancy

    • Utility bill dated within the last 30 days (gas, water, electric, or cable)

    In the event that you are living with a family residing within district boundaries, a Residency Affidavit will need to be completed. These documents can be accessed here.
