Congratulations to our Director of Health Services, Amy Wuerger, for being a recipient of the Lina Rogers award by the McHenry County Department of Health. The award is given to School Nurses who exemplify the qualities of the first school nurse, Lina Rogers. Ms. Wuerger received this award for her commitment, hard work, and for serving as part of the MCDH School Nurse task force to prepare for the safe return to school during the pandemic. We are so proud of Ms. Wuerger and are lucky to have her as part of the D15 family!
