Mrs. Meinhardt has a passion for learning that she has shared with her students for over 27 years of teaching.  She went to Illinois State University to earn her bachelor's degree in Special Education - Specialist in Learning and Behavior.  Over the years, she earned her master's degree in Teaching and Leadership from St. Xavier University and English Language Learner endorsement from Olivet University.  She enjoys working with 6 - 8th grade students in reading and writing enrichment utilizing the Read 180 and System 44 programs.

Family is important to Mrs. Meinhardt.  Though her daughter (Makayla) is off to college in Chicago and her son (Logan) is currently a junior in high school at Woodstock North, they make the most of the time they have together as a family.
